Return & Refund Policy

MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS:

Should you wish to alter your order, get in touch with us via email at info@jenimy.com. You have the option to cancel your order at no cost within a 24-hour window from the time you placed the order. Beyond that time, read below for instructions on how to return your purchase.

RETURNS:

Our return policy lasts for 30 calendar days, beginning when you receive your product.

For a return to be acceptable, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it—complete with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Start the return process by emailing us at info@jenimy.com. Upon approval, we will provide details on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

STEPS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS:

  1. Email info@jenimy.com with your return inquiry, providing your order number and reason for the return.

Acceptable reasons for returns include:

  • Incorrect size
  • Wrong product
  • Defective item
  • Unneeded merchandise
  • Fell short of expectations
  • Other

In situations where the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping fees.

  1. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions.
  2. Follow these guidelines and mail your package to the specified address.
  3. After receiving and inspecting your return, you’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

RESTOCKING FEES:

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

  • New condition.

DELAYS OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If a refund has not yet appeared in your bank account, first re-check the account. Then reach out to your credit card provider. Finally, contact your bank as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. If all else fails, email us at info@jenimy.com.

PACKAGES THAT ARE REFUSED:

Be advised that if a package is refused or not collected due to reasons attributable to the customer (for example, incorrect or incomplete address, failure to pick up the package), no refunds will be issued for such orders.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

Our apologies for any damaged items received. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with a clear picture and description of the damage. Email the details to info@jenimy.com. All cases will be reviewed, and refunds or replacements will be issued accordingly.

Note: Items will be examined upon return; those with signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED:

Should you receive a wrong item, we aim to resolve the issue promptly. Return it to us for a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, if the mistake was ours.

PACKAGES GONE MISSING:

Please be aware that lost packages are an exceptionally uncommon occurrence with our service.

An order is deemed lost if delayed for 60 business days. Such orders will be fully refunded.
